When I first started reading this story, I thought it would be another cheesy story about some persons sad and miserable life in utmost detail. But now that I've read deeper into this persons life, I now realize that this story is better, different, this story is true, Antwone means what he says and expresses it through his words and feelings of telling the story.
Starting the story started off a little slow, but the more the pages reach to the back of the book, the more in depth this persons story becomes. But anyways, this story starts off explaining his childhood, the dark history of his life as a child. When we read this part of the story, it seems almost innocent, but it gradually builds into his dark life.
When it got the page 47, you know what I'm talking about, I got so mad, I didn't even finish reading the page, I skipped pages until I knew for sure that it was over! In a way, it made me hate the book, but I guess I'm starting to enjoy it now!
